Miranda B. - This was our first trip to Belize, and it was amazing! The 1BR/1.5 BA unit at Grand Caribe was perfect. It was welcoming and felt like home. It has a beautiful view and the patio furniture is clean and comfortable. When we weren't out exploring or at the pool, we did a lot of relaxing out there. The amenities were fantastic, both in the unit and the property. The unit is well stocked with more than we expected. Housekeeping, laundry service, and room service are bonuses. The resort has a great pool bar with friendly staff. We had two pools behind the condo that we had to ourselves when we wanted. The restaurants and grocery store on site make it very convenient for when you want a relaxing day nearby. We rented a golf cart from the resort, which is a must, at least for part of the trip. There are many restaurants nearby if you opt to explore on foot. Mariah offers a lot of useful information on what to expect and places to try. We didn't come close to seeing everything we wanted, so I guess we will need to come back...hopefully soon! We will definitely be staying in the unit again when that time comes
