A deposit equal to two nights plus tax is required at the time of booking.
Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.

Full refund if canceled 7+ days prior to arrival date at Sunset Caribe.
There are no refunds for cancellations within 2 days prior to arrival date at Grand Caribe.
There are no refunds for cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival date at Sunset Caribe.
There are no refunds for no shows, late arrival or early departure including reasons such as medical emergencies, airline delays, strikes, or weather.
